What are the normal operating hours for the practice?
Operating hours vary based on services and whether you are a new or existing client. You can refer to the Scheduling system for available appointment times. One More Light Wellness is available for phone calls Monday-Friday, 9:00-4:00.
Do you have a policy regarding No-Shows for appointments or late cancellations?
Yes. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How early should I arrive before my appointment?
All NEW clients are to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
ESTABLISHED clients are to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
For established patients, in consideration of other patients who are scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should you not arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

What should I bring to my first / subsequent visit(s) at One More Light Wellness?
- A picture ID is required. A valid driver’s license or other acceptable state or federal ID is acceptable.
- Your medical insurance card.
- Any co-payment is required per your insurance coverage. Co-payments are collected using a secured card (including HSA card) on file via the Client Portal.
- For self-pay, we accept Personal Checks, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA.
- Completed paperwork only if you are a new client (Enter our client portal to enter or update your information).
- List of any current medication you are taking.
